Magalona are hereby suspended from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM today, except in the frontline offices that are members of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, as Tropical Storm "Paeng" maintains its strength and continues to bring heavy rains over Western Visayas, based on the Weather Bulletin of PAGASA as of 11:00 AM today.*
