The Municipality of EB Magalona opened its 9th Provincial Environment Month Celebration by the Distribution of 97 Residential and 8 Special Patents to the residents of Brgy. Tumuntong, EB Magalona for the Handog Titulo Program of DENR. Spearheaded by Municipal Mayor Marvin Malacon, ENRO Jojo Garcia Vargas, PENRO Edgardo M. Rostata, CENR Officer of Bago City Concordio Remoroza and Pemo Negros Occidental represented by Luisa Tutor.
This is part of the celebration of Environment Month 2017 with the theme Connect People to Nature. PENRO Rostata stated thatThe Local Government Unit of EB Magalona also launched their “Tumandok Ako, Banwa Ko, Amligan Ko” wherein Municipality Officials, School Heads, Barangay Officials and students signed the Pledge of Commitment. The Handog Titulo Program is one of the initiatives of DENR to promote land distribution and for social uplifment.*
