The Municipal Government of E.B. Magalona would like to encourage our fellow Saraviahanons to register themselves and/or their establishments to the StaySafe.ph application.

This is in accordance with the Executive Order No. 21-23 Series of 2021 issued by Governor Lacson requiring the mandatory registration of all individuals and establishments to the StaySafe.ph Application as the official social distancing, health condition reporting, and contact tracing application system of the province by May 1, 2021.

These are the steps on how to register.

How to register as an individual

Step 1
Mag kadto sa www.staysafe.ph o kun mag download sang StaySafe App sa Google Play, App Store, o kun AppGallery

Step 2
I-click ang register an account

Step 3A
I-type ang imo cellphone number

Step 3B
I-check ang “I am at least 13 years old and I agree with the Terms and Conditions” kag “I’m not a robot”

Step 3C
I-click ang Register Now

Step 4A
Mag hulat sang text halin sa StaySafe

Step 4B
I-type ang 6-digit number nga gin text ka StaySafe

Step 5
I-type ang imo password

Step 6
I-type ang code name

Step 7A
I-click ang “Open Camera”

Step 7B
Mag butang sang profile picture gamit ang:
1. Pag upload sang imo picture;
2. Pag link sang imo picture;
o kun
3. Pag kuha sang selfie

I-click ang save

I-click ang QR icon nga makit-an sa tupad sang imo ngalan

I-click ang “Create QR ID Information”

Basahon ang QR ID Privacy Policy

I-click ang “I Agree”

I-type ang:
1. Name
2. Email address (optional)
3. Age
4. Gender
5. Address
6. Company name (optional)

Step 15B
I-click ang “Change”

Step 15C
Mag butang sang profile picture gamit ang:
1. Pag upload sang imo picture;
2. Pag link sang imo picture;
o kun
3. Pag kuha sang selfie

Pili-on ang imo gina batyag

Palihog screenshot kag i-save ang inyo QR ID Info sa inyo mga cellphone o kun i-print.

How to register as an establishment

Step 1A
Mag kadto sa www.staysafe.ph o kun mag download sang StaySafe App sa Google Play, App Store, o kun AppGallery

I-click ang “Request Access”

Step 2A
Pili-on ang options sa “Register As”
As Company;
As Organization;
As Local Government Unit (LGU);
o kun
As Government Agency

Step 2B
I-type ang:
2. Name of company/ Organization/ Local Government Unit (LGU)/ Government Agency
3. Complete address
4. Branch
5. Representative’s name
6. Position/Designation
7. Enter valid mobile number
8. Enter valid email (for account validation)
9. Password
10. Confirm password

Step 2C
I-check ang:
1. I’m not a robot
2. I agree with the terms and conditions

Step 2D
I-click ang “Register Now”

Step 3
Account activated! You may now login. Redirecting to login page...

Step 4A
Magkadto sa email nga gin usar para sa StaySafe account activation.
I-click ang email halin sa StaySafe.

Step 4B
I-click ang “Activate my StaySafe Account”

Step 5A
Matapos ma click, ma-redirect kamo sa core.staysafe.ph/signin

Step 5B
Mag-log in gamit ang email kag password nga gin usar para sa StaySafe

Step 6
Amo ini ang inyo Admin Access Digital Logbook

Maga hulat sang anunsyo para sa orientation kun pano gamiton ang StaySafe admin access.
